Deepika’s new mantra
With the new year, Deepika Padukone has a lot to look forward to and also in retrospect, so as to, and also in retrospect, so as to streamline her acting career that was somewhat jolted with failure of a few films on the trot.
Quick to learn from her past mistakes, Deepika Padukone says she isn’t much interested in doing films that don’t have bring box office prospects, an allusion to her flop films like Aarakshan and Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey.
“Success is completely related to the box office. So yes, I want to be a part of successful films. By success I mean those movies which are commercially viable and also enjoyable. There is no fun to be a part of those films which are not liked by the audience,” Deepika told a source. Year 2012 will see Deepika Padukone in three important Bollywood projects:
Cocktail with Saif Ali Khan, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani with Ranbir Kapoor and the multi – starrer
Race 2 would mark Deepika’s entry into the glamorous world of action.
